Who we are
NodePoint is an IT company with an address and opening hours in Burgas — 47 Tsar Kaloyan Street, ground floor, Mon–Fri 09:00–17:00, Sat 09:00–12:00. We cover the full life of an IT system: repair and maintenance of computers, networks and CCTV, servers and backups, cybersecurity and compliance with the Bulgarian Cybersecurity Act (NIS2), custom software and computer forensics.
The NodePoint brand brings together, under one name, more than 20 years of the managing director's practice in building and maintaining networks, servers, computers, CCTV and cloud services. We combine three things that are rarely found together: hands-on practice in repairs and infrastructure, our own cybersecurity products, and training in technical expert examinations. This way the same responsible specialist sees the technology, the risks and the consequences — and can explain each of them.
We work on site in Burgas (outside the city by arrangement) and remotely with clients across Bulgaria. Our approach is the same for every client: bring them as close as possible to the requirements of the Cybersecurity Act (NIS2), even when the law does not oblige them, because this is the best protection for a small company too.

Diagnosis first, then the price. We never start a repair or a project without telling you what, how much and by when.
A written quote before work on business tasks and projects.
We tell you when something is not worth it — a repair that costs more than new hardware, or software you can buy off the shelf.
We protect your data — before a repair we first check whether your data is at risk; passwords and access stay with the owner.
Security by default — changed factory passwords, updates and backups with every installation.
Warranty — the manufacturer's warranty is preserved, and we give our own warranty on the work, depending on the type of repair.
No lock-in through access — when a contract ends, you receive all passwords and the documentation.
Brands we work with
NodePoint has cooperation agreements with the official importers and service centres of the leading brands. This means we supply genuine hardware with an official warranty and handle warranty cases the proper way.
Servers and storage: Dell, HP, Lenovo, Fujitsu, Supermicro, Synology
Computers, components and software: Acer, Asus, MSI, Gigabyte, ASRock, NVIDIA, Samsung, Microsoft
Printers: Brother, Canon, Epson, Xerox
