Who managed IT support is for
- Companies with several computers and no in-house IT staff.
- Companies whose "computer person" is leaving or is a relative who helps out "when they can".
- Offices with a server, cameras and a network that must work every day.
- Entities covered by the Bulgarian Cybersecurity Act that must maintain the security measures continuously, not as a one-off.
- Foreign-owned companies and branch offices in Burgas that need a local partner on call.

How we start: survey and inventory
Conversation
how many computers, server or not, what bothers you most often. Free of charge.
Survey and inventory
hardware, network, users, backups, licences, passwords. The survey is free and you keep the inventory.
Proposal
scope, response time, price. It also states what is not included, so there are no surprises.
Putting things in order
first we fix anything urgent found in the survey (backups, updates, passwords, access rights).
Regular support
as per the contract; a report on the work done at an interval we agree.
How much would support for your office cost? The answer starts with the free survey — book it here.
How quickly does NodePoint respond to a problem?
Response times are set in the contract according to the priority of the problem — a stopped server or an attack takes precedence over a printer setting. Standard plans cover business hours (Mon–Fri 09:00–17:00, Sat 09:00–12:00, Bulgarian time). Under certain conditions NodePoint also provides 24/7 support, including cover on weekends and public holidays.
Most problems are solved remotely, straight after the call. When on-site work is needed — for example faulty hardware or network equipment — we come to your address in Burgas.
Managed IT support plans
NodePoint offers standard plans that are extended to suit each company's needs: user and hardware support, monitoring, incident response, on-site visits and extended response times up to 24/7. The price depends on the number of computers and users, whether there is a server and cameras, and the response time you need. That is why prices are given by individual quote after the free survey — a fixed monthly amount for the agreed scope.
Subscription or support on demand — which is better value?
Support on demand is better value for a company with 1–2 computers and rare problems. A subscription is better value when the company depends on its computers every day: prevention (updates, monitoring, backups) costs less than a stalled office, and the monthly amount is predictable. If you are not sure, the survey will show.
What is an external IT department?
An external IT department (IT outsourcing) is a company that carries out the tasks of an in-house IT employee under contract — user support, hardware, network, servers and security. For a small company this usually costs less than a full-time employee, and the support is set out in a contract instead of depending on whether one person is at work.
Frequently asked questions about managed IT support
How much does IT support for an office with 10 computers in Burgas cost?
The price is set by individual quote after a free survey, because it depends not only on the number of computers but also on the server, network, cameras and the response time you need. NodePoint offers a fixed monthly amount with a written scope — what is included and what is not.
Is there a minimum contract term?
No, NodePoint does not require a minimum subscription term. The notice period for termination is agreed in the contract according to the scope of support.
What does a managed IT support contract contain?
The contract sets out the scope (hardware and services), response times by priority, how to submit requests, on-site visits, support hours (standard or 24/7), the price and the termination conditions. It also states what is not included.
Do you work outside business hours and on holidays?
Standard plans cover business hours: Mon–Fri 09:00–17:00 and Sat 09:00–12:00. For companies that need it, NodePoint offers 24/7 support under agreed conditions — including cover on weekends and public holidays.
How do I report a problem?
By phone on +359 887 975 180, via WhatsApp or by email to office@nodepoint.bg. Most requests are solved remotely with AnyDesk, straight after the call.
Do I get a report on what has been done?
Yes, if we agree on it. The frequency and content of the report — for example a monthly list of requests, updates and backup status — are agreed in the contract.
Does the subscription include cybersecurity and NIS2?
NodePoint's subscription includes the core security measures — updates, backups, passwords and access rights, monitoring, incident response. The assessment under the Bulgarian Cybersecurity Act and the NIS2 technical guidance are a separate service that can be added to the contract.
Can NodePoint take over support from another company?
Yes. We start with a survey and inventory, obtain the access credentials and documentation from the previous provider and put the system in order. If any access is missing — administrator, domain or router passwords — we recover it lawfully with your cooperation.
