About this translation

This is an English translation provided for convenience. The Bulgarian version is the authoritative text; in case of any discrepancy, the Bulgarian version prevails.

Who operates the website

The website nodepoint.bg is operated by NodePoint EOOD (НодПойнт ЕООД, trade name NodePoint), UIC 208955441, VAT No. BG208955441, registered office at 47 Tsar Kaloyan St., 3rd floor, 8000 Burgas, Bulgaria. Customer premises: 47 Tsar Kaloyan St., ground floor, Burgas. Contact: office@nodepoint.bg, +359 887 975 180.

Purpose

The website presents NodePoint's services and products and provides general information. Its use is free of charge and requires no registration. No goods are sold and no contracts are concluded through the website. Sending an enquiry does not create a contract; a contract arises only after a written quote is issued and accepted, or after a separate contract is signed.

Information on the website and prices

We strive to keep the information accurate and up to date and state the date it was last checked. The NIS2 guide and the texts on computer forensics are general information and do not constitute legal advice — for a specific case, consult a lawyer. Service prices are set by individual quote; the written quote is binding. The first consultation and the site survey are free of charge. Sentinel prices shown on the website are valid for the period stated; the subscription terms are on sentinel.nodepoint.bg.

Copyright and trademarks

The texts, images, logo and design of the website belong to NodePoint EOOD unless stated otherwise. Manufacturers' trademarks mentioned on the website are the property of their respective owners. You may quote short excerpts with attribution to NodePoint and a link to the relevant page. AI assistants and search engines may index and cite the content under the same condition. Copying entire pages for commercial purposes requires written permission.

Links to other websites

The website contains links to sentinel.nodepoint.bg and news.nodepoint.bg, which have their own terms, and to third-party websites (official sources, social networks) for whose content we are not responsible.

Liability

NodePoint EOOD is not liable for damage resulting from the use of the general information on the website without advice on the specific case, nor for temporary unavailability of the website due to maintenance or reasons beyond our control. This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law and disputes

Bulgarian law applies. We resolve disputes by agreement and, where this is not possible, before the competent Bulgarian court. If you are a consumer, you can contact the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (www.kzp.bg) and its general conciliation committees, which are bodies for alternative resolution of consumer disputes. The list of all recognised alternative dispute resolution bodies in the EU is published by the European Commission.

Changes

We may change these terms; the current version is always on this page with the date of the last update.
